We're working with one of the world's leading creative agencies to find Account Management talent for some top global clients. One high-priority role is Account Director for an innovative US tech firm, to be based full-time in Tokyo.
- Develop the client's digital and social media strategy for Japan.
- Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client, both in Japan and at US head office.
- Be willing to take a disruptive approach in order to position the client as an innovator in a traditional industry.
- Work with in-house creative talents to produce campaigns worthy of international attention and awards.
- At least 5 years' experience in marketing or advertising.
- Significant experience managing global clients.
- Passion and appreciation for the advertising creative process.
- Project management and problem-solving skills.
- Business-level Japanese and English speaker.
Salary & Benefits
- The salary range for this position is 8M-10M JPY.
- The position can also be Account Supervisor level for candidates who do meet all the requirements.
