Senior UX Designer

We're working with a digital product studio that is helping to transform mobile user experience for some of Japan's biggest companies.

They now have an opening for a Senior UX Designer to workshop, architect and wireframe user experiences as part of a wider team of UX/UI specialists and software developers.

This is a great opportunity to be part of an international design firm that is obsessive about digital craft.

• Preparing, running and documenting workshops.
• Creating user flows, information architecture, wireframes and sitemaps.
• Conducting UX reviews on products during the course of design and development.
• Facilitate and lead in the user testing process.
• Inspiring clients and turning ideas into world-class experiences.
• Coaching, supporting and energising the UX team.
• Ensuring that all projects remain and are delivered within scope.

• Ideally you will bring 5+ years' experience in UX and digital product development.
• Passionate about UX with evidence of thought leadership in this field.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Native-level Japanese is a must for this role.

• Annual salary up to JPY9.5M.
