Our client, one of the leading Creative Advertising Agencies in the world is looking for an Account Executive for its Tokyo team.
Famous throughout the world for its unique creative ideas and workplace culture this independent agency has consistently delivered on some of the biggest brands in the world.
This is a rare opportunity for a regional role as you will be working across Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Korea (Japanese isn't necessary).
Responsibilities
● Assumes the role of main day-to-day client contact
● Manages regular meetings and contact reports to ensure clients and agency are in agreement
● Researches and understands the brand, the category and its competitors while staying on top of
marketing and media trends
● Collaborates with Planning and Creative departments to write strong, inspiring agency briefs based
on clients’ briefs
● Attends shoots and edits to ensure client approval and satisfaction
● Works closely with studio and producers to create estimates and schedules to ensure projects stay
on track
● Responsible for managing budgets and schedules on assigned accounts and projects
● Supervises day-to-day activities of Assistant Account Executives while inspiring for growth
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in account management required
● Experience in creative development and production, working across conventional and digital media platforms
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
● Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
● Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
● Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides
●Native/Fluent English
● A strong team player with a positive attitude and mindset
