We are partnering with a leading global creative agency to hire an AI Producer in Tokyo.
This is a cutting-edge role focused on leveraging generative AI to push the boundaries of content creation across film, digital, and brand experiences. You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity and technology, working closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to develop new AI-driven workflows and outputs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of generative AI across visual and content production
- Design and develop new creative approaches using AI (image, video, audio, text)
- Build and optimise AI-driven production workflows in collaboration with internal teams
- Select tools, develop prompts, and establish best practices for AI usage
- Prototype new formats and expressions using emerging AI technologies
- Ensure quality control and effective integration of AI into production pipelines
- Collaborate with creatives to expand AI capabilities across the organisation
- Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.) in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of visual/content production (film, design, CG, editing, etc.)
- Experience integrating AI into real-world workflows or projects
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in prompt design and workflow development
- Strong curiosity and proactive approach to new technolo
Preferred
- Experience with real-time tools (e.g. Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner)
- Background in interactive, XR, or experiential production
- Experience working on large-scale campaigns or live activations
- Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript) for AI tool customisation
- Experience working with international teams
- Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and best practice
