Our client, an international fashion brand, is looking for talented bi-lingual CRM & Clienteling professional to play a key role in the Japan Marketing team.
The ideal candidate thrives in a bilingual and fast-paced environment, adapts well to changing situations, detail-oriented and able to propose a plan while juggling priorities.
The candidate must be a self-starter, team player and a leader.
Responsibilities
CRM Campaign Planning & Executions
o Plan, segment & implement CRM campaigns to stores, with the help of HQ teams & Japan retail
o Track store by store CRM performances & provide tailored solutions & approaches. Visit & train stores as needed.
o Work with Client Events Manager to support the segmentation & invitation, and post-visit side of actions relating to client events
o Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to synchronize the CRM actions with seasonal 360 campaigns to maximum results
o Produce CRM & clienteling post-campaign reports
o Develop a growth plan with CRM Senior Manager & Retail team for VICs and appointment-based sales.
o Connect with each store to understand their pain points & support their growth opportunities around clienteling
o Generate client performance reports for key campaigns, etc.
Client Advisor App/Tools Implementation
o Work with HQ teams & Retail Excellence team in finalizing the specifications for the app / CRM features, to make sure it is usable & effective for all the stores.
o Work with HQ team & Retail Excellence team on managing roll-out & training plans around the client advisor App.
o To stay on the look out for any competitors’ advancements in clienteling digital tools.
CSC CRM Campaign Planning & Execution (future)
o Implement clienteling/CRM programs to CSC
o Develop a bespoke plan, segmentation and campaign for CSC teams to actively generate sales through high-potential clients.
Requirements
Basic Requirements
• 5 years+ experience in luxury fashion business, ideally in CRM, Merchandising or Training
• Proven record of cross-functional collaboration and success
• Experience in identifying client segments, implementation or planning of campaigns toward existing clients
• Experience in assessing & analysing store KPIs & client portfolio
• Experience in working closely with store managers is a plus
• High proficiency in excel & powerpoint
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
simultaneously
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills both in Japanese and English

• Excellent Planning Skills: Able to understand the larger business strategy, analyse
current customer data, and design a most effective approach
• Agile & Action-focused : Get things done across boundaries by building constrictive
and effective relationship.
• Dealing with ambiguity: Able to cope with the change effectively and decide and
proceed without having the total picture
• Problem Solving: Define and analyse, solve the problem with effective/creative
solutions timely and proactively. Able to see/identify hidden problems/issues.
• Interpersonal and Communication skills: Get messages across that have the desired
effect in both Japanese and English
