Junior Art Director

We're looking for a Junior Art Director that has the passion to work for the best brand in the world.
He or she should have the ambition to do world class work that creates culture.

• Work with a Creative Director and Copywriter on original campaign ideas.
• Help to pitch and defend Japan-originated creative ideas to the client.
• Deliver challenging work that stays - just! - within brand guidelines.
• Always be searching for fresh visual ideas to introduce to your team.
• Ensure the highest standards in the production of all creative assets.

• The candidate should to be native Japanese speaker
• Experience in strong conceptual and design skills.
• They should be at entry level with approximately 2 or 3 years years of experience working in advertising and or design.
• Their portfolio should demonstrate a unique point of view on all things visual and great potential to develop exceptional work.
• They don’t need to be fluent in English. It’s a plus not a must.
• The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast pace scenario, be flexible and always open minded to new challenges.
