A Global Insights and Strategy Agency is looking for a Research Consultant to join their team.
The agency is an independent boutique agency with a very progressive and international mindset. The agency qualitatively explore, observe, conduct deep listening, effective questioning & probing to analyze people, culture and brands to illuminate opportunities for growth of worldʼs leading brands.
In this role, you'll observe and analyse people, culture and brands to illuminate opportunities for growth of some of the world’s leading brands.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and Organise necessary project documents (project materials ‒ e.g. key documents, notes, stimulus)
- Assign appropriate external resources and manage within a project budget. Maintain accurate tracker & make sure that the outgoing and incoming invoices are submitted in time
- Contribute to meeting the Turn Around Time (timelines) through the project life cycle, at all stages & project milestones.
- Contribute to collaborative relationships with external partner through every touch point, from briefing, negotiation, delivery of services to payment
- Make sure logistics is arranged appropriately according to a brief. Foresee potential issues and have alternative plans
- Accurately capture project objectives and all client input throughout the course of the project
- Understand Client brief thoroughly & design discussion guide in alignment to Client brief
- Conduct a thorough quality check of Research Materials

- Be an effective touch point to the Client by providing on going ( day to day) communication & updates on the project
- Extend necessary support to the Project Lead in making presentations to the Client
- Proactively communicate with the Client through the various milestones of the Project
Requirements

- BA/MA in sociology, anthropology, cultural studies a plus
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in consumer & cultural insights. Cross Cultural exposure & orientation will be a plus.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual salary negotiable depending on candidate's experience.
