Description
An award-winning digital CRM agency has an opening for a senior account lead to introduce data-driven marketing solutions to clients. This position will manage several key accounts and act as a trusted No.2 to the CEO in matters of agency growth and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed understanding of the client's business and customer relationships.
- Use the agency's proprietary tools to audit the value of each customer relationship and make strategic recommendations on media spend and messaging strategy.
- Identify and close new business opportunities with current and future clients.
- Develop a small team of junior and mid-level Client Partners capable of managing the day-to-day details of each account.
- Act as close counsel to the CEO on matters of client development and agency growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in client services for an advertising or marketing agency.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Good knowledge of consumer and technology trends.
- High level of numeracy and data literacy.
- Excellent presentation and all-round communication skills.
- Business-level English and Japanese.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual salary ranges from JPY10M to 14M according to experience.
- Permanent contract with opportunities to step up to senior management role in future.
