Our client, a world leading Media Analytics agency is looking for a Client Services Manager to head up its Tokyo office.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships in Japan and supporting other client service functions regionally. This role reports into the Head of Clients Services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure renewal of commercial relationships with clients on an annual basis and to maximise opportunities to grow accounts with new services.
- After completed training, you will fully understand and be able to articulate product and service offering to clients and to apply this knowledge in supporting their success on an ongoing basis.
- Manage the onboarding of new clients and oversee the day-to-day delivery of their services.
- Learn about the clients’ organization, proactively support their needs and be responsive and agile to their requests.
- Ensure that services delivered remain in scope and aligned to commercial guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong command of both English and Japanese
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Team player
- Knowledge of media, PR / marketing industry a plus
- Previous experience working with motoring companies a plus
- Management experience a plus
- 4 – 10 years of experience in a similar role, managing client relationships
