One of our clients, a boutique marketing firm that works with European lifestyle brands, has an opening for a Event Producer in Tokyo.
This is a great opportunity to work with fun international brands in the food, auto and cosmetics sectors.
Your role as Event Producer will be working on the strategy, planning and execution of event projects (both offline and online). You will work with vendors and clients across the whole process and will get involved in some Event Site Management as well.
You'll be working at the firm's Omotesando headquarters (but currently working from home) and reporting to an international leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Develop new event projects with creative and strategy team
- Oversee planning and execution of events
- Management and arrangement of projects with internal and external vendors
- Creation of operation manual and progress script
- Event site management
- Progress management and preparation of implementation report
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in planning and implementing events at advertising company or event company
- At least N2 level Japanese and conversational English
