Description

Our client, a major global advertising agency, is looking for a talented Media Manager to join it's Media team in Tokyo. They have won 2 huge new clients in the Media team in Japan and are looking to expand their team rapidly in 2023.

Responsibilities

·        Ensure best practice for Search, Programmatic Display and Social buying across all briefs

·        Optimise performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, programmatic display, paid social, retargeting

·        Work closely with the Planning team and our global counterparts on development and execution of performance strategies to grow traffic and sales for clients, that is powered by data analytics and insights

·        Help lead the development of programmatic solution, including building PMP capabilities and maintaining relationship with publishers/SSPs

·        Identify improvement opportunities in paid channel growth and efficiency for clients e.g. account build-out, audience targeting on all platforms (web, mobile)

·        Feed new features and innovation through to managers & execs as well as the wider performance team

·        Work closely with Data and Analytics team to really understand the data leading to insights

Requirements

·        4+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing role (ideally within an advertising agency/consulting agency environment)

·        In-depth knowledge of DSPs and SSPs

·        Excellent hands-on skills on Adwords, SA360, DCM and Facebook Ads Manager

·        Ability to think and act strategically and analytically

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        Solid written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

·        Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships at mid level

·        Solid project management skills

·        Ability to respond quickly and effectively to Client needs and issues

·        Solid knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings

·        Mid level knowledge of Performance tools and systems- Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Excel & Powerpoint, Report Insights, Youtube, Audience segmentation, Forecasting, Tag management, Attribution models
