One of the most awarded International Agency in Japan is looking for an Product Designer to join its Tokyo office.

As a Product Designer you will make a significant impact on unlocking Customer Experience success through human-centred design. In this role, you will translate brand value and strategic thinking into design artifacts, effectively solving both customer and business problems.
You will tackle a wide range of projects that demand adaptability across various challenges, industries, and mediums. You'll have the opportunity to design a customer app one day and design interactions for a retail experience the next.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cutting-edge digital products and services, including interfaces, design systems, and prototypes
- Deliver design output of the highest quality, ensuring usability, simplicity, and beauty
- Present and articulate design decisions to internal and client stakeholders, receiving guidance and direction from the Design Lead
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Design or related area
- Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful works that solves real problems for real people
- Strong visual design craft, mastering the balance between forms and function
- Proficiency in creating and/or adopting Design Systems
- Proficiency in creating prototypes that demonstrates real product interactions
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, and Protopie
- Experience in hands-on UX (user flows, information architecture, user testing, etc.) is a plus

Language Requirement
Japanese: Business Level or above

- Base salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.
