Description
We’re looking for an English-speaking person in Tokyo to source bilingual talent for our clients in advertising and marketing. You’ll cultivate a deep network of creatives, strategists and technologists, and introduce them to new opportunities in their field.
Responsibilities
- Forge strong connections with marketing professionals at all levels in Japan.
- Proactively seek out relevant opportunities for candidates in your network.
- Visit clients to understand their hiring needs and workplace culture in detail.
- Maintain the highest standards in communication with all candidates and clients.
- Maintain an informative and helpful presence on social media.
- Attend relevant industry events to grow your network.
Requirements
- Fluency in English essential; Japanese language skills a bonus.
- Genuine interest in advertising and marketing; experience would be even better.
- Ability to ask good questions and get people to open up about their jobs and aspirations.
- Attention to detail for understanding job requirements and finding relevant candidates.
- Ability to self-manage and handle multiple ongoing processes.
- Recruitment experience is nice to have, but full training will be provided.
